At the end of 2020, I found myself in dire need of a vacation. Now, travelling during a pandemic requires no small degree of persistence and flexibility. After changing destinations 3 times, rebooking flights a minimum of 6 times (can’t and don’t really want to remember the precise number), I finally settled on Mexico. To be honest, there was basically no other option at this point.
Well, it turned out to be an excellent decision because – bull shark season 🙂 Great opportunity to practice underwater photography.
Aside from the impressive and just simply awesome female bull sharks (they come for giving birth), I did a bit of Cenote diving and just generally enjoyed having a good time.
Even after several visits, Mexico just doesn’t stop to fascinate me. Always a new adventure to be had.
